Culligan has quality products serviced by a most professional staff.
This has been the best experience from first contact for a quote to weeks after installation l. Brandon provided us a quote and provide ALL the options from equipment to payments. He was kind, personal and even liked to joke a bit with us. The installers who came out were also very nice and let me ask all my questions, some of which did not pertain directly to the equipment they were installing, like how do I cut my water off? The two gentleman were very helpful, kind and we enjoyed the experience. However, one of my favorite things about this company, in particular the Winchester office, is no mater where you are in the process, quote, installing or after the fact, calling this office you are always greeted pleasantly and they are always willing to answer your questions or if they do not know the answer directly, they WILL call you back with the answer. They are some of the nicest people.

The equipment works as advertised, greatly improving our well water. On-site servicing has kept the system working great for 10 years. Office support staff answer my questions and schedule service and salt deliveries with no problems.
