Quality products. The wait time is the only reason I didn't it a 10. I understand it is crazy busy in West Texas. It was 10 days for a filter change or a repair.

The technician was knowledgeable and very friendly. There was a minor issue with the system (that had gone undetected by us) which he diagnosed and fixed on the spot. I highly recommend Culligan to anyone who desires to have one less thing to worry about in an already large or busy household.
