Ensuring my water supply is safe to drink
We’ve been very happy with our Culligan system. There were a couple of hiccups during the installation process, but management stepped in and made everything right quickly and professionally. The system has been working great, and we’re glad we chose Culligan.
Everyone was informative, professional and courteous. He explained what they intended to do and everything is working just as explained.
Everything! If i could change one thing it would be more notifications on maintenance because i always forget.

Great Job Carlos, our water is 1000% better after he completed the service.
It does take a few day's of running the water out of the tank before the numbers start looking better and the settlement from the filters clear out, but it is better now. They are pricey so we just went with the rental of the RO system. The people were very nice and easy to talk to.
They reliably come when you call to ask for a salt delivery, though a we request doesn't seem to work as well.

Home delivery ease of getting water friendly service
We had a new water softener installed this last year with Culligan. Made a world of difference right from the start. But we still felt we needed a tech to come out and recheck the system and water lines because of a white build up on everything. We called on a Monday and our Tech, Tim, was here on Tuesday!! He found a few things to adjust and actually showed me the water lines and trouble shooting he had done. He found a solution and made all the repairs and had us back up and running start to finish in under 45 min. Couldn't have asked for a better and more knowledgeable tech. We look forward to many more years as a loyal Culligan customer.
