I like to protect my plumbing and water heater from damage from hard water minerals and I like bathing and showering in soft water. I also don’t like having to buybags of salt and fill the softener with it. Culligan cylinders are changed monthly and I appreciate the service.

Culligan has been very responsive to my requests and representatives have been polite and helpful when delivering products and updating my RO and water adjusting systems.
The Culligan technician did a great job during their visit. They checked our water purification system, inspected the softener, and looked at the furnace UVB light, all with careful attention. The technician showed up on time and explained what they were doing as they worked. I liked that they made sure our drinking water filter was working well and that the UVB light was set up right with the furnace filter for better air quality. It’s a relief to know our home’s systems are working well, and the technician’s knowledge and clear explanations made everything easy.

The individuals who install the salt are polite with positive attitude. I receive a notice to remind me they will be coming. I requested, when there is bad weather, the shoes be wiped on the entry rug as they come in the door; each individual has complied since I made the request.

I used to fill 5 gallon bottles at the grocery store. Awkward, heavy, and I don't even think grocery stores do it since the pandemic. I get peace of mind getting water from Culligan, as my tap water comes from a well next to the Rock River. Who knows what's in there?
