I appreciate the services. I do have one suggestion. As my husband and I are approaching our 80's, it would be most helpful if the delivery driver's would at least offer to bring the bags of salt inside. We have, in the past, even had the tank loaded by a delivery person!

They bring the salt and put in my machine. They are very pleasant and friendly.
The quality of the water and no mineral build up on my appliances. I was concerned as I only got service after the installation when there was an issue with the system. which was corrected. I thought I was going to get two service calls with salt and only got one early on. Near the end of my service contract i noticed my salt tank was very low. When I paid my monthly installment, I questioned why I only got one service/maintenance call and was told that they would schedule a second call. I believe everything is now straightened out. I purchased the system out right and I will continue with the monthly service contract and see how it goes. The service tech was very knowledgeable and took care of my service issue and filled my tank with salt.
Our delivery guy is always polite and helpful. He always makes sure we have all we need. Great company.
