Delivery men and office staff are all polite. The softening product helps our skin when we shower.
The installation was easy, the soft water is terrific, the salt fill schedule is known well ahead of time yet flexible and I've had zero issues. Plus, when I do call Culligan I get a real person on the phone immediately rather than 5 options and voice recognition.
