We have three Culligan water softeners, 2 we own and one we rent. We have no complaints. Any service isdues have been scheduled and quickly resolved. Our most recent service issue was properly resolved by Shawn. He worked diligently to replace broken circuit board, connectors, and cleaned out plugged pathways to make sure salt tank cycled properly. Shawn did an excellent job, very thorough, very professionally and with expert redukts.
I called in to let Culligan know that we lost our home in the fire and luckily i spoke with Dawn. She was so kind and compassionate, which made the call easier, and one less thing we had to worry about during this tragic time of our lives . Though the call was short ,she succeeded in making me smile with her kind words, which made the rest of my day a little easier. Good Job Culligan !!
I like your drinking water system, no more awful tasting water in our coffee or water. I also love soft water as if feels better when you shower and easier on all appliances. Less repairs.

Purchased a system to treat odor and hardness. Everything works well, was installed properly, and was done when they said it would be done. I never needed water treatment prior to moving to FL, but when it was time I kept remembering the old "Hey Culligan Man" commercials. Being around for that long as a company doesn't happen by chance.
I need the products to filter my water. The delivery service is very good. Jean was excellent in delivering my salt. He was careful not to damage anything on the property. The phone service is terrible. I only order in person.
