We love Culligan and have had Culligan soft water in our home for 55 years in Pittsburgh, PA and now in Katy, Texas. I grew up when my parents had Culligan Man deliver the old fashioned tanks to our home as a child. We now enjoy the service of having the salt delivered by a very pleasant man and checks the unit when he is there. Thank you for your fine product and service.

I liked the customer service provided, Mr Mike H did an amazing job, extremely friendly and got right to work immediately and after the product was installed, Mike also triple checked everything to make sure no leaks of any kind which not a single drop of water was found. Timely service, product quality and longevity.
Most of my interaction is with the salt delivery drivers. Always helpful making certain to carry the bags of salt down to my water softening unit then topping up the holding tank. Anytime I have called the local office with questions they have been helpful.
