Love that there are options beyond buying a system, the rental was perfect for me. Also love the service option. I'm very happy to be relieved of the task of dragging 40 lb bags of salt to the basement. And the price was very favorable when compared with the plumber's system. Most importantly, I now have much better water quality with the high iron system.
That you call ahead of time so I know to leave the big garage door open so that you can get into the garage.
I wish that a receipt, notice or something was left so that I would know he had been here. I have to check to see if salt has been added before I can close the garage door, especially if i need to go somewhere.

My water had an odor, my softener didn't seem to use salt didn't recycle, the serviceman came, looked at it', figured my unit had not been functioning at all, knocked the salt shelf off, set it to recycle, added cleaner, reset my softener, the next morning my water didn't smell bad for the first time in months. Thank you to my serviceman!!!!

My driver Ryan is very professional and cares about the people he delivers water to. He always goes above and beyond to make sure we get our deliveries. He is very nice and courteous. Your company needs more employees like Ryan. He is more like family than just a delivery person. In fact, if it wasn't for Ryan we would have switched water companies. Ii hope you treat him good, because if he leaves your company you will lose a lot of customers. Keep up the great work Ryan!

Service was great, and the technician fixed the issue I was having. They had to replace the faucet for my reverse osmosis system, and everything is working well now. My only concern is that the replacement faucet is not brushed nickel, so it doesn't match my sink faucet. It would have been nice if the replacement matched the existing fixtures.
