love the group classes - good energy and exercises. I get a solid workout. Coach (Marcus) has been good at showing and correcting form and summarizing moves before the circuit. Just something you look forward to throughout the week!
I had great 1:1 sessions too! My coach (Stephanie) is great at explaining the right form and drilling that in. I do feel i am learning right and feel motivated!

I love Method3's basic philosophies: getting stronger for your every-day life, working with whatever you bring to each session (like an injury or limitation, even a preference), and creating community to keep you motivated. My personal trainer is fantastic, and I look forward to getting to a place where I can join a class also! I would wholeheartedly recommend Method3 to anyone in the area who needs help after an injury, expert coaching, or motivation to get back to the gym.

Excellent coaches who start classes on time and are always prepped for the workout. Personal touches (eg video call with Sue after trial class, encouragement postcard and emails, t-shirt.) Supportive community (eg SMM). Clean and organized space. Music at a reasonable sound level (some gyms play music at dangerously loud sound levels). Membership inquiry conversations were helpful and did not feel pressured. Inclusive and understanding, willing to accommodate each person's needs/goals.
The coaches! They're so encouraging and make me want to come work out. They're great at evaluating my movement and suggesting alternate exercises as needed. It's not one size fits all but really tailored to me!

When I first started I struggled to get through a workout. Every month I’ve gotten stronger. I have been having difficulty with my knees but trainers have adapted for me. I am now losing weight and feeling strong and look forward to continuing my health journey with Method 3.

It's the community at Method3 that makes this gym special. We are all focused on getting and staying strong and healthy. A great cooperative view from all who I encounter. The coaches show personal attention to each member to keep us engaged. They also accommodate our individual medical issues with the exercises to be sure we do not injure ourselves. I am in year 9 of classes of at Method3 and it never is boring or repetitive.
I love it at Method3 Fitness! It's the best! It feels like one big family, and yet everyone is treated with individualized attention. The atmosphere is fun and positive, and the trainers are kind, caring professionals. My personal trainer, Stephanie, watches for my safety while cheering me on to do my best. Method3 is set-up in a such a way that it facilitates both efficiency and consistency, both of which are key for me when it comes to moving the needle for health and fitness. The flexibility you provide makes it so much easier to make fitness a part of my life while still being able to handle all my other priorities. The trainers are also so wonderfully knowledgeable and pleasant to be around. I’ve never enjoyed workouts so much in my life. And I’m loving all the new equipment!
I LOVE the friendly, positive, caring community atmosphere! I enjoy the variety of workout routines for class each day. I like that coaches will adjust a move for your fitness level or modify if needed, along with make slight corrections that make a difference in the effectiveness of the move. It's fun having different coaches with different styles and personalities to choose from, yet they all show a clear purpose in wanting to help us all. I also like the offering of different specialty classes (ie. stretching/strengthening, power lifting, trx, dance, yoga, trails,...). M3 is "unique" and more than a fitness club!" They have a nutritionist and a 5 week Thrive Program, and celebrate special events, partner, and staff recognitions, along with having several fundraisers to help different communities in need. I believe their specialty is the genuine "connection" among M3 staff and partners, that helps strengthen the motivation, inspiration, and joy, everyone feels when they walk into M3 each time!

It just doesn’t get any better than method3! The coaches are amazing at keeping the classes on the move and showing alternatives for those of us who may have some slight injuries. I always look forward to the workouts and leave thankful that I went.

The staff is amazing. Very attentive and personal to your specific needs. And I love the vibe and exercise routine which in 45 minutes I feel I stretch myself and change my body with it
The cohesiveness, professionalism and kindness of the Method3 training staff.
My trainer is always customizing my workouts to fit my needs.  At times I need to increase the intensity of my workouts, other times I need accommodations for an injury. 
His expertise in anatomy and physiology are unsurpassed. 
Keith is a great trainer. He knows his technique well and is great at making sure his students are doing the exercises right while at the same time still making the class fun.
