Alan always goes out of his way to make sure that I’m doing the moves correctly and gives alternate options it needed.
I’m just beginning to work out again and couldn’t be happier starting my journey with Method.

The fitness coaches are very good and efficient.
Alan Yu is patient and sincerely cares about each of his clients. Encourages and focuses on the right posture and keeps pushing the bar up slowly.

I really enjoy the classes! The atmosphere very comfortable. The work outs are challenging the time goes by so quickly! The trainers are very encouraging and helpful! Always a breath of fresh air walking into Method 3 and a very good workout!

Method 3 works for me! Group class to personal rehab or training. Coaches are well versed and supportive.

I am not a huge exercise person but Method 3 makes exercising positive and worth the effort. I feel better and I am worth it!

I've been a member of method3 gym for over 4 years now, and I can confidently say it has been a game-changer for my fitness journey. The gym's approach to workouts and the dedication of their coaching staff have made a significant impact on my overall health and well-being.

What sets method3 apart is their exceptional team of coaches. I've had the pleasure of working with Justin, Yvonne, and Markus, and each of them brings unique expertise and motivation to every session. Their guidance and support have been instrumental in my progress.

Over the years, I've noticed substantial changes in myself. Not only do I feel stronger physically, but I also feel healthier overall. The workouts are consistently enjoyable and challenging, which keeps me motivated to return day after day, year after year.

Each session is not only challenging ,fun ,but also incredibly effective and I can truly feel the progress. Your expertise make every workout excellent and I appreciate all the effort you put into helping me improve. I love TRX class . Thank you for pushing me to be better everyday day in the indoor group class . The energy, motivation and teamwork makes it such a great experience. I love coming regularly to class .

Love the ambience and the variety of workouts we go thru everyday. Trainers are encouraging, supportive, ready to correct form when necessary and share a joke. There has never been a day when I have not wanted to get up early and go workout since I started working out at Method3.

The best gym in town!

Have been coming here since 2023 and training with Justin Sweat.... Sounds crazy but this place has become my relaxation zone, never realized how good working out consistently keeps my perspective positive and helps me being productive.

Definitely recommend joining!

I’ve been training twice a week for the last 7 months. Everything my trainer, Hollis, said to me on day one aligned with what my health and wellness coach taught me regarding self-care, habit stacking, and the mind-body connection for wellness. I had the pleasure of connecting with Stephanie Rebegletti in my first month, and her telling me that a trainer's job is to teach me about my body and how it works just solidified my why behind starting strength training.
