What do you like about your Method3 Fitness experience?

I’m a 10 year member of Method3 for so many great reasons. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and caring. They have coached me in modifications after surgery and bone fractures to avoid injury while still getting a complete workout. The community is welcoming and supportive. I never had a regular exercise program before joining M3 but now I actually enjoy semi-private and group workouts. I’ve lost 40 lbs, 3 clothing sizes and I am so much stronger and healthier. Training in the way to move, to eat and to think has improved my health, flexibility, strength and even my self-image. I heartily recommend Method3 to improve your quality of life.

They listened to what I wanted to accomplish. The trainers have degrees in Kinesiology and know what they are doing. My trainers are bringing me along gradually. They are very supportive and encouraging and celebrate my progress.

The program is tailored well for someone of my age and abilities; and the level of attention is paid to not only the routines and repetitions, but also the making sure the form is correct, maximizing effect and comfort. I always walk out of there feeling like I had a good workout without being pulled through a ringer in exhaustion.

I have been working with Mira (and a couple times Sue) for a month and I'm very happy with my training sessions. I feel like each time I go I am getting an individualized program just for me (taking into account my specific needs). It has given me the motivation I need to continue to do the exercises at home and walk more in my neighborhood. Mira is very accommodating when I have schedule conflicts and offers work-arounds.

It is really easy to schedule the workouts online. There are many convenient class times. The workouts are efficient, varied and fun, and you can adapt the workout to be challenging for any fitness level. They are genuinely friendly and interested in you and your fitness goals.

Great positive guidance from my trainer! I initially thought the 30 min session were a bit light,but I was wrong. More than adequate, had a few sore muscles!!!
Looking forward to the gradual increase intensity of the sessions.
