I really love that no matter what I can or cannot do, the trainers at method3 never make me feel less than everyone else. Particularly Coach Keith and Coach Alan adapt the exercises seamlessly so I still get the workout everyone else is getting without messing up my knee. I am so appreciative of their encouragement, skill and knowledge. I really enjoy my three workouts a week!

Zero meat heads lifting and posing
I’m a 10 year member of Method3 for so many great reasons. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and caring. They have coached me in modifications after surgery and bone fractures to avoid injury while still getting a complete workout. The community is welcoming and supportive. I never had a regular exercise program before joining M3 but now I actually enjoy semi-private and group workouts. I’ve lost 40 lbs, 3 clothing sizes and I am so much stronger and healthier. Training in the way to move, to eat and to think has improved my health, flexibility, strength and even my self-image. I heartily recommend Method3 to improve your quality of life.
They listened to what I wanted to accomplish. The trainers have degrees in Kinesiology and know what they are doing. My trainers are bringing me along gradually. They are very supportive and encouraging and celebrate my progress.

The program is tailored well for someone of my age and abilities; and the level of attention is paid to not only the routines and repetitions, but also the making sure the form is correct, maximizing effect and comfort.
