I have been working with Mira (and a couple times Sue) for a month and I'm very happy with my training sessions. I feel like each time I go I am getting an individualized program just for me (taking into account my specific needs). It has given me the motivation I need to continue to do the exercises at home and walk more in my neighborhood. Mira is very accommodating when I have schedule conflicts and offers work-arounds.
It is really easy to schedule the workouts online. There are many convenient class times. The workouts are efficient, varied and fun, and you can adapt the workout to be challenging for any fitness level. They are genuinely friendly and interested in you and your fitness goals.
My trainers Makayla and Alan are great. Super encouraging. I also love the personalized attention and the focus on preventing injury and good form.

Great positive guidance from my trainer! I initially thought the 30 min session were a bit light,but I was wrong. More than adequate, had a few sore muscles!!!

Love the workouts and love the people and staff!! It's a fabulous environment to be part of. I feel challenged, I feel I can work out at my level and get a great work out, and I love the encouragement that is received. Recently, I was out with an illness, and got emails from both Alan and Amy wondering/hoping if all was well. It's really appreciated. I'm so happy to get to have this type of gym experience a couple times a week. Everyone is so supportive. It's probably the best workout environment I've ever been a part of!
Prior to major back surgery, Sue worked with me to strengthen my core to help for an easier recovery. Post surgery, Sue is working with me to help get me stronger and back to “me”. Sue has been my absolute angel through this tough time. Her dedication and support are priceless. Just another example of a positive Method3 experience.
The coaches are aware of areas that need work, and my physical limitations, especially important as an older person. I always leave feeling like I had a good workout without being pulled through a grinder
