Best fitness program I’ve been part of (and I’m no spring chicken, I’ve done a few). Group classes with a healthy combination of cardio and strength training, nice setting with state-of-the-art equipment, friendly small-community vibe, great coaches. What else to ask for? I initially signed up cautiously, hoping I would not drop out too soon. The opposite happened: I ended up increasing my number of classes per week. It’s addictive! No more: “ugh, today’s gym day”, now it’s like: “yay, gym day!”

Most of all I love the customized training from Stephanie Rebagliati and the classes from all the trainers adjusted as needed to my physical limitations but still pushing me to improve. Great positive atmosphere always.
Trainers are personable, knowledgeable and very engaging with members! Body is always being challenged.

I have been at Method 3 for about two years now. I enjoy the group classes. Everyone who works there from the trainers to the staff are amazing humans!! They are helpful and kind and always looking for ways to help you with maximizing your goals and strength.
i really like the format of the classes with variety of exercises and equipment. I love my private training sessions with Stephanie - great attention to form which i think is of utmost importance. Group classes are great too and 45 mins pass by fast and hard! Overall like the coaches, exercises, pace and community. This is the most consistent that i have ever been and very motivating. I have seen a marked improvement in my endurance and form.
I enjoy the variety of the workouts and coach Keith Lucitt is wonderful.
Love that you guys offer classes starting 5:30am. Love the friendly and supportive environment, also one that encourages me to challenge myself.
It’s great that it is a organization that understands the needs of older adults, while still providing an all-around stimulating challenging environment. The use of varied and creative processes and weights keeps engagement high. Staff are all very knowledgeable, supportive and friendly.

Just what I was seeking and more.
I was seeking a group strength training class that focuses on safety, didn't rush each movement, and less time on aerobics (biking/jogging)- more time on strength training.
Found that, and got more! Motivating instructors, guidance in how to perform each action correctly/safely, the option to really challenge myself with each exercise, variety in each workout session that keeps it interesting and works the entire body, and a community.
Highly recommend if Method3 Fitness.
We love the personal attention and expertise of the trainers. The equipment is clean and in working order. We love how the trainers tailor the workout to each individual. My only complaint is the billing could be less complicated.

The exercises are varied and interesting and the classes are a lot of fun.

I love that I feel welcome by staff and that the ones I see regularly call me by name. It is a clear distinction from being just another number at a larger gym.
I also love the way the workouts are designed and that they last only 45 minutes :) The workouts are interesting, varied and are helping me feel stronger and healthier.
