The technician was very nice and professional. He was very helpful with all of my questions. He cleaned my carpet (4 rooms and a hallway), surface cleaned my couch and sealed my granite in a very timely manner. Overall a very nice experience.

Very prompt, actually arrived early, but called first to see if acceptable. That was much appreciated. Was very respectful of me and my home. Did a portion of the carpet and allowed me to physically see with my own eyes the difference it was making. Was honest and upfront regarding deep stains that he would be unable to fully remove, so no surprises. Deep stain was just a shadow of its former self. Very happy with the service. Planning to use them again.
