I had another company clean the same couch last year, and they did a horrible job. I thought maybe it just couldn’t be cleaned well, but Jordan did a great job! He explained everything very well, told me what to do for regular maintenance, and just took great care of us all around.

Most carpet cleaning services are expected to be the same. Come in and clean and get right back out. The Zerorez smelled fresher and our small office was cleaned up in less than an hour. The fella that came out was extremely knowledgeable about the Zerorez product and was super nice. I will be calling on Zerorez to come to my home as well. Great experience.

First of all the guys were great! Brad called about 15 minutes out. They explained the whole process and showed me how it worked. They were both very kind and you could tell they cared about getting everything really clean. I have not used the company before, but you will be my "go to" from here on! I had furniture cleaned too. They did test spots and had me check them out before doing the whole piece. I feel like everything is really clean now!

My carpets look brand new. No chemical odors. Ferric job and they showed up 45 minutes early.

The technician was so nice and explained everything to me before he started work. He was fast and efficient while still doing a great job and I didn't feel like he was in a rush to run off to his next job. I also liked that my house didn't smell terrible after he left and they looked and felt clean! Overall, great experience and will definitely call them again!

This is the first time using your company. I was totally impressed. My oatmeal colored living room carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned in twelve years. I wasn't expecting good results. Was I surprised!!!!! Although I wouldn't allow my large family to wear shoes in there, it was still all over dirty. It looks wonderful now. I can't say enough good about Marco. I am sad this is Marco's last week in Texas, he is truly an asset to your company.

Carpets turned out beautiful. They dried quickly and smelled good.

Completely worth the time and investment. The prices are great, the technicians are professional and courteous (Paul was stellar), and it is true what they say; their cleaning is much cleaner than other national or local services.

They were on time and called ahead unlike other services I used who just cancelled because they did not know I was home.

They were able to truly clean a large stained pet area from my rescue pup with great results. I honestly thought the carpet was a loss. They resuscitated it.

I had them do specific areas and declined some extra rooms since they do not get used often, but when I compared the previously "cleaned" carpet in the unused rooms to the Zerorez CLEANED carpet; there was a big difference.

Overall I will be calling them back to finish the other areas and my tile.

Fast, friendly, and affordable. Excellent service and carpet dries quickly. I had ugly high-traffic stains and they used specialized brush rollers that dug in deeper to remove the ground in dirt. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Zerorez.

Paul was great and very helpful! I loved that there was no way no unpleasant odor and the floors look great! We had a few stains that did not come out of the carpet, but definitely not a deal breaker, and the couch cushion he did looks so much better. Overall, it was a great experience!!

We knew before our 10-year blue carpet was cleaned that it wouldn't look new, but we are very pleased with the end result. Marco took his time cleaning the obviously dirty areas on the living room carpet and now it looks so much better. In fact it looks so much better that we won't have to replace the carpet for a while. Marco was very friendly and respectful of us and our home. Kudos to him and Zerorez for a job well done.
