Agents were very pleasant & courteous when I called (both times), appointment made for a convenient time and soon. The technician was also courteous, timely, provided information that was upfront on what could be expected, and did a very thorough job. He was able to remove spots that I was sure he wouldn’t be able to do, so that was really great. I hadn’t been professionally cleaning my carpets as often as I should. I will definitely be calling them again and not waiting so long as they are affordable as well with the 3 room special.

The carper cleaning was very effective, which was important, as we had pet issues that needed resolving. Highly recommend for pet owners, and the gentlemen were courteous and professional.

Cam, the Technician that cleaned my carpet was wonderful. He explained everything in detail before starting, any costs associated with the pet stains, the process of cleaning, everything. Could not have been any nicer, polite. Did a great job in a timely manner.

The person who came to my house was on-time, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote before he started which was the exact amount I was charged. He finished an entire house in about an hour and fifteen minutes, and the result was awesome. Carpet and tile that hadn’t been cleaned in 20 years or more looked great. The cleaning also took away all the musty smells and left the house smelling great. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Scheduling the service was easy-peasy. The gentleman was informative with pricing and what to expect. On the day of our appointment, everything went as planned, plus my boyfriend was talked into adding pet cleaning to two of the rooms. My boyfriend was pleased with the results and he is a tough one to please... I will definitely call again for future service.

The guys are clean and courteous and inspect for stains I missed before starting. I feel safe when they are working, no creeps. They are fast and so helpful. My carpet looks and feels amazing afterwards and I have 4 young kids and a dog! The last guy was my favorite so far, named Kyle. He took the time to talk with me about the cost of fixing a potentially complicated area where a kid dumped a whole cup of coffee. It wound up coming up with the routine clean but still.
