After having numerous construction traffic through the house in the last 5 months, my carpet desperately needed a good cleaning. Jose was on time, efficient, explained everything about the job to me and worked so hard! My 12 year old carpet and tile has not looked this good or felt so clean in a long time. Zerorez did a better job than any other carpet cleaner that I have ever used and it was dry in about 4 hours. It was a pleasure doing business with Zerorez. On phone customer service was very helpful. The manager and technician that came to our church providing the quotation and the service technicians are pleasant and friendly. The work was done efficiently and the tech wanted to be sure that I was pleased with the outcome. I call Zerorez in the afternoon after the carpet had dried because the high traffic areas needed a touched up. The next morning when the technician came out he explained that this is common for commercial carpets to have dirt wick up as the carpet dries. He wanted to be sure I was 100% satisfied. On Sunday many people remarked how wonderful the sanctuary smelled and on the cleanliness of the carpet and tile. We will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend them.
