When I first called Zero Rez, I was interested in getting the three room carpet cleaning special for $119. Jose, the carpet technician, came on time, prepared and professional. He mentioned other services the company had including cleaning furniture with an option for scotch guard protection. These were things I had hoped to do in the future. Once Jose gave me an estimate for cleaning two couches and a price for scotch guarding the carpets and furniture, the price was more reasonable than I expected. It made sense for me to go ahead with the whole thing.

It didn't take long to get the job done and it didn't take long for the areas to dry, even though it was a cold rainy day.
Jose worked hard and did an excellent job! Everything is fresh and clean.

The concept that no usually deterents right off the bat was appealing since I know soap attracts dirt. The results speak for themselves. Clean rug and grout/tile/

Carpets are gorgeous! Did a great job! We asked if he could get a blood spot out of our Buffalo Plaid Upholstered Chair, he said he'd try.

When done I asked if the stain came out and he replied yes, somewhat but like I said you can still see it. We paid, and off he went.

We looked at and looked, and looked.... it took 3 looks to find it. Give him a raise!!!

We have white carpet in areas that get a lot of foot traffic. Zerorez always restores my carpet to looking new. The technician is knowledable, respectful of our home as he brings in the hoses to do the cleaning and this time he shared information about a carpet protectant which we were happy to have applied. We will definitely recommend Zerorez to our friends and family.

My couch came to me in the nastiest dog lived on way. I had been scammed and was stuck with this thing. Zerorez came to my rescue, it looks almost as good as new. I honestly wasn’t expecting it to come as clean as it did. I’m impressed and the technician I had was fantastic, empathetic for my situation and very thorough. The couch still has a slight odor but that’s to be expected since the previous owner obvious let their oily bull dog live on it. My guests yesterday that are smell sensitive didn’t notice a smell but had seen it before cleaning and were impressed with how great it looks now. I got two vacuum canisters full of hair off the thing before Zerorez and a half canister after treatment. I will definitely have them back to keep my new home looking new. I’ll be a customer for life!

Your technician was nice, fast, and thorough. House smelled fresh and carpet seemed clean. The carpet dried in about 4 hours with all the fans on in the house which wasn't bad. They showed up in their window of arrival and the quite was accurate. I will call them next time.
