All employees were so friendly and tried everything to get the stains out of our chairs. The manager came back to retreat at no extra charge and completely removed the stains. They look brand new. I also really like that they don’t use soap or harmful chemicals.

Technician was very knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all my questions and took time to explain what to expect following the cleaning and how to better maintain my carpets. Only complaint is he needed to wipe down the floor where the carpet ends and the tile began. It was super wet and dangerously slippery.
