Quick, friendly service by both the phone representative and cleaner who came to our house. Very thorough, kept us updated throughout the cleaning processes, showing us how everything was looking, etc. We inquired about an additional space and his thoughts on future cleans and he was willing to do them that day if we wanted. I had my carpets cleaned yesterday and I didn’t expect much, they hadn’t need cleaned in years, I was very surprised in how good they looked! I want to say a big thanks to Stefan and Kem for a great job done!!!! Not only were they respectful of the scheduled time, they also did really well cleaning up the carpets. They got it back to be as fresh and new as we first moved in and seriously done within an hour.
