They work!! They are chemical free! Service is very customer friendly! I have never been disappointed and before discovering this company, I had used a variety of different carpet cleaning companies! All of them looked great when completed but lasted only a couple of weeks and used chemicals! This is the first one I have used that actually cleans the carpet well and has no chemical use or odor!! Service person was very friendly and communicated the process well. He also went the extra mile to insure I was pleased with the service, and I was pleased. (Air duct and carpet cleaning.) I like the fact they did do not use chemicals; inside air was definitely fresher.

I like that your cleaner removed large set-in stains and left my 16 year old carpet looking almost new. Also, it did not take a long time to dry. I was walking on it after your people were here and it felt just damp as opposed to other cleaners that left so much water that when you walked on it your feet were completely wet! The service people were great - very knowledgeable and informative about your product and very efficient in performing the job.
