Carpet looks great
Your tech was kind, hardworking, friendly, and efficient. A rare find today! One way to improve would be to have a way to show how much dirt is coming out of the carpets. I have no reason to believe they are not a great deal cleaner, but with brown carpeting, I just have to have faith;)
My carpet was so stained by my dogs over the years. I didn't want anyone to enter the house, but not anymore. Fresh smell not perfumed.
Bo, the technician for the day was excellent. He did a great job was very motivated and worked hard all day. The carpet looks amazing! We also had the tile and grout cleaned in the kitchen and breakfast room, I cannot believe how new it looks, everything was great !
Regardless there were clorox stains on the carpet, the stains do not display outstanding after the carpet is cleaned.
The service was excellent - came on time and quickly set up and cleaned the carpet and tile floors. I especially appreciated that he did not push me to request additional services - he told me everything that was available, but was not pushy, and that was great for me.

The gentlemen that cleaned my carpet was AWESOME!!! He made sure I knew all about the cleaning products, and walked me around what he was cleaning, what I had in my carpet. He made sure my carpet was clean and safe for my family. I don’t remember his name but he did a great job and I am looking forward to having my carpet cleaned again by you guys!

Easy to schedule online, only issue negative was the special offered free tile cleaning but it was not done.

I love the power of water, with no residue! I loved the fresh smell of the pet cleaner and that it is made of essential oils, if you can only bottle that scent! Justin had a passion/excitement for his job and a well deserved pride in his work! Justin was very knowledgeable and offered tips along the way to help keep the carpets/floors clean between the 12 to 18 months recommended for Zerorez to come out again. I am very pleased with my experience with Zerorez and will gladly recommend!

Your company handled everything A++ from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, and estimate the job, to the text messages and emails to confirm, to the carpet specialist calling me 30 minutes before his arrival, to the time it took to clean my carpets, and on an on. Paul was very professional and my carpets look amazing. All my stains are out. I have young kids and they like bringing food upstairs, hence the stains. My carpets look brand new.
