We heard about Zerorez on KXAN's 512 program and called because their cleaning process does not use a lot of chemicals and would be safe for our grandchildren. Ali and Sam arrived on time and were very professional listening to what we wanted cleaned and quoted a fair price on the job. Our carpet looks great and smells fresh. We will give Zerorez a good recommendation and will call them again because of the excellent service Ali and Sam gave us.

Stephen called as promised when he was on his way to our home, so we knew the cleaning was going to be done at the time we had requested. He was very good at explaining how the Zerorez products work. He gave demonstrations and explanations for cleaning pet stains, and the carpet was beautifully clean when he finished. The whole house seemed so much cleaner.

Stephen also gave us a demonstration of grout cleaning around dirty kitchen tile. It was amazing how much cleaning he got done in a very short time! We are going to have him come back for that project next.

Zerorez promised that their equipment lifts more water from the rug, resulting in a faster drying carpet. Our carpet was dry to the touch in just a few hours, and when we moved furniture into the room the next morning, we were confident there were no damp spots anywhere to worry about.

We had a great experience with Zerorez, and will use them again and recommend them to our friends.

What a job they did on the tile. Looks like I replaced it with new tile. My office carpet had some unknown green stains and Bo took it out. Ty Ty.
