I wasn't able to be home during the service but my roommate was there. They called and texted me the day before to confirm arrangements and were going to let themselves in with a spare key if no one was there. They found the place easily and even when my roommate was home they texted and called to update me on the plan. They went over everything in common terms with me so I was able to make the best decision of what needed to happen and understood the prices associated. They were super friendly per my roommate. They were efficient and quick. They truly performed the exact quality of service they promised for the price promised. When I returned home later that day I was thrilled with the quality of my floors and could tell they did exactly as they had explained even when I wasn't around to see it. I really appreciated everything they did and just wish I would have called them sooner!

I was incredibly please with Jose. He was professional and honest with his ability to get my carpets back in shape. My house smelled great after his cleaning. It dried quickly and I was able to move furniture back in place sooner than I thought

The technician was on time, helpful, and made suggestions without pressuring.
He was able to remove spots that had been on the carpet for over a year, and lighten the high traffic areas that I thought would be impossible to get out!

First off both the technician was very good very polite very courteous very helpful make sure you were included in all the decisions and he explained everything step by step. Second no chemicals nice clean smell the carpets look amazing I can't Rave enough how bad they were and how good they look. 3rd just they got me in they have good prices I recommend them to everybody everybody use Zerorez!

Great staff! Easy to book appointment, they were on time the day of the cleaning. The technician was great at explaining everything. We can see and feel a huge difference in our carpet! We also had some tile cleaned that looks amazing now! We will definitely be recommending them, and using them again for ourselves!
