The service was quick and easy, our tech Jordan was knowledgeable, kind, and professional. The carpets dried quickly, the tile looks brand new, and the carpets feel FANTASTIC. I like that y'all do not use any chemicals and that your product is 100x more powerful than bleach. I also like that you take everything with you (dirt,etc. in the carpet) and leave the carpet sanitized!

Zerorez Austin was an absolute perfect choice for cleaning my carpets and my natural stone floors. Im amazed at how clean they were able to get them with no chemicals. We try to stay as chemical free as possible in a house full of kids and tons of foot traffic. I would recommend them to anyone and probably won't be calling anyone else to take care of my cleaning needs...reasonably price, educated, took the time to explain and discuss floor with me and didn't feel as if they were trying to get over on me.
