My dearie, a 13 year old yorkie, had a potty accident on brand new carpet. I tried cleaning it but could not get the smell out. I called Zerorez and could book a carpet cleaning treatment within a couple days. The service technician, Stephan, did a great job and checked with me throughout the cleaning process to see if I was happy or could still smell any urine. Once I was satisfied, he removed all the cleaning equipment (as though he'd never been there) and left a business card which I will definitely keep handy!! He was considerate of my home / space and was kind and professional. He even gave me some tips for how to clean up future messes, which I really appreciated. I will recommend Zerorez to friends and family who need carpet cleaning services. I am very pleased with the cost and the service I received, as well as the great customer service. Technician showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. The tile in my bathroom looks brand new - the only reason I'm not giving a 10 is because the edges of the tile didn't get cleaned. Perhaps the equipment won't get that close to the edge. All carpets look terrific. I'm very pleased with the job and with my technician, Kyle, would definitely use them again.
