I appreciate the ease of scheduling and that your treatment system does not leave itchy chemicals in my carpeting. I also like the up front pricing. I have other companies up sell the price even with coupons for anything like spot cleaning in heavy traffic areas. The service persons are thorough, polite, and answer questions. The special water that Zerorez uses dries in 6-8 hours. My carpet dried in 6 hours. The process of using a special dirt lifter while spot cleaning worked like a charm.

We have used this company for many years for several reasons. The cleaning products they use are without nasty chemicals that can cause negative reactions to people or animals. They are pleasant professional individuals that come to the house, and they come close to the time promised and when they leave always make sure we are pleased with the job. Great product for pet odor
My carpets are clean, as is my tile floor. No comparison to the last time they didn't look nearly as clean as now. The last Cleaner left spots they said they couldn't remove. Those spots are gone now. No allergic reactions to products used.
And KELAN obviously knew what he was doing.
