The guys were great! Very friendly and explained the service to me throughly. I did notice that some of the screws to the vents were not put back properly (looks like they are either sideways or not screwed in all the way). If there was a problem with those screws, i wish they would have pointed that out before leaving.

These folks were immediately available, friendly and ahead of anticipated timelines for cleaning and delivering my rugs! They also did a great job… Definitely recommend!

carpet cleaning was very good. tile cleaning was just so so. tile is clean but no special work on grout so i still need to hand scrub.

The completed project (carpet cleaning of 3 room, hallway and stairs) made my 10 year old carpeting look new. The 2 technicians were very friendly, knowledgeable and completed the work in reasonable time. Over the last few years, i have used 3 different cleaning companies. ZeroRez is by far the best! Kyle was very efficient and knowledgeable and did as we asked to treat the traffic patterns in the three rooms. Now the rugs are dry, it is lovely to feel clean carpet under one's feet. He answered all our questions and even gave us an estimate for cleaning and sealing the tiles on the ceramic floors when we asked. We are first time customers and were delighted with the outcome.
