I like how clean my carpets and rugs and tile now feel. I got the 3 room deal and added on a large sectional sofa and an area rug. Everything feels like new. My serviceman, Beau, was a nice guy, knowledgeable, and a good salesperson. It took less time than I expected and he showed up right at the start of his arrival window. Customer service was impressive. I called on a Tuesday and it was all done in a couple hours on Thursday. Everything happened just as expected and cost about what I figured based on the website. I’d definitely recommend and use again.

As advertised, there was no residual left on the carpet and sofa and lover seat cushions. One thing noted, the technician was on his cell phone almost the entire time on site. Since this is definitely a distraction when driving, it may also be a distraction or result in less than stellar quality when performing the service.

Terrific service and a real pleasant experience. John and Jeremy were super helpful and I appreciate the job they did on my carpet and tile. I would never go to anyone else!!

We have used Zerorez for a few years now and the results are always stellar. The employees are very professional, the cleaning is way above any other company we have used in the past.

The service was amazing. My carpets where a total mess. I have a toddler with autism who has used makeup to paint the carpets, has peed, vomit and pooped on them. Now they look brand new! It was just like magic. The guy that came was super nice and profesional. I will definetely use this service again un the future.
