Person came and did a good job of cleaning pet stains and heavy tracked areas on our rugs. Done very quickly and not as wet as when we Stanley Steamer rug service. Dried in one day vs 4 days

Our technician Paul was honest and told us our carpet was not salvageable. He could have cleaned it and charged us, but instead he showed us that the previous owners had let dogs, cats and ferrets or rats urinate on the carpet. He saved us from a situation where we would have paid to have it cleaned then paid to have it replaced. He then cleaned our tile and grout, and it looks like new! We will only call Zerorez from now on. Thanks Paul!

The person who came out to clean our carpet and rug was on time, polite, careful not to rub paint off corners of walls (which other carpet cleaners have done many times). Every spot we had was taken care of and we are very happy and will definitely use Zerorez again.
