My dog had an accident on my brand new couch and I needed someone to come and clean it asap. I called Zerorez first thing in the morning and they were able to get someone to my house within an hour of when I called. Stephan was the tech who did the cleaning. He was great. He explained everything and was very kind and helpful. Overall great experience and highly recommend them.

They leave your carpet fresh and clean smelling. Great customer service, especially when you get a veteran, experienced technician. They always offer good promotion specials.
Zerorez kept in touch with me via text days before my appointment. I had a firm price with no last minute additions. The technician was on time, professional, and very courteous. Bo was excellent and tried every trick in the book to get rid of some pesky stains.
