The gentlemen. Marlo and Oscar. that came to do the carpets were extremely professional and friendly. They called to let me know when they would arrive. Once here they walked through the job and gave me a final price. Each charge was explained as well as any promotional discounts I qualified for. then they started to work. If I wasn't satisfied with something they went back and redid it. They both knew the job and worked well as a team. The work was done quickly but I didn't feel that they were rushing to finish. I will not hesitate to call Zerorez again
