The service we received when having our tile floor cleaned was amazing. The floors have not been that clean in a long time, even after other companies came.

The service was completed promptly and the techs did a great job. They provided estimates before work was completed. My only concern is that they showed up without face masks and perhaps that was our mistake for not inquiring about COVID precautions by the company. The techs apologized and made a note indicating masks should be worn to our residence should we require their services again.

Cam the technician was out on my commercial property. My company just moved in and the owner had the carpet and tile flooring cleaned so I thought. Cam was amazing the tile flooring which was worn out in many areas and after the process the tile flooring looks brand new. Areas of concern before are no longer visible. Carpet stains had been removed as well. Now when I have a client in my office I don’t have to be self conscious about the conditions of the flooring. I definitely recommend using Zerorez for all of your flooring needs .
