The technician was very knowledgeable and explained his process in detail before starting (including checking to see what kind of pad was beneath our carpet). We have a small dog who took some time to potty train and those stains are now gone! I thought they may start to show again as the carpet dried, but it is almost a week later and they still look great. I will be using this company again for sure. Penny DeCou

The carpets feel great! No sticky residue or crunchiness. Our home smells cleaner. As the carpets dried, they looked better and better. Dry time was pretty quick, within same day. Rooms with a ceiling fan were dry within a couple hours.
