We have used Zerorez for a few years now and the results are always stellar. The employees are very professional, the cleaning is way above any other company we have used in the past.
The service was amazing. My carpets where a total mess. I have a toddler with autism who has used makeup to paint the carpets, has peed, vomit and pooped on them. Now they look brand new! It was just like magic. The guy that came was super nice and profesional. I will definetely use this service again un the future.

The guys were great! Very friendly and explained the service to me throughly. I did notice that some of the screws to the vents were not put back properly (looks like they are either sideways or not screwed in all the way). If there was a problem with those screws, i wish they would have pointed that out before leaving.
These folks were immediately available, friendly and ahead of anticipated timelines for cleaning and delivering my rugs! They also did a great job… Definitely recommend!
carpet cleaning was very good. tile cleaning was just so so. tile is clean but no special work on grout so i still need to hand scrub.
