Zerorez did a fantastic job on our bedroom carpets! The process of scheduling was super simple and they were reliable and on time. During the stressful time of getting our house ready to put on the market, Zerorez made getting our carpets clean completely stress free.

They did a great job and were very customer-service oriented. The previous tenants had left some smelly and unsightly animal urine stains in the light gray carpet in what was to be my kids bedrooms in our new home. Zerorez showed up and performed their cleaning service and my carpets turned out looking brand new, with zero residue. They were also dry and ready to be walked on within about 4-5 hours. They even cleaned some animal urine off of some cloth blinds leftover from the previous tenants, for no extra charge. I was very happy as the cloth blinds are in our living room and in plain view for everyone to see. Very satisfied customer!
