The carpets and tile were very clean looking and the technician was friendly and informative. We appreciated that he took the time to tell us what would take place and what we could expect. The finished product looked great. The only glitch that probably is a bit surprising, it doesn’t have a very “fresh” smell, it has more of a lingering damp smell. Needless to say, we still would use Zerorez again.

i like that no hard chemicals are used, no bad smell after cleaning.

I contacted Zerorez to clean the carpets of my three bedroom home. Luckily, they had a three bed room special!  Jermey, our technician, called ahead and arrived on time. he was knowledgeable, friendly, relaxed and courteous. He explained the entire process and made us feel comfortable. The carpets came out great. He was able to remove the carpet stains and he even managed to get the dog hairs out from our Huskey.
