I was expecting a tech to come to my house give me an estimate and leave. Tech went thru my house and gave me a great price to clean all my areas of tile 'n grout not just my (2) problem areas, he said it would only take an hour. I said do it and OMG the (2) techs got busy and done and out of my house in a few minutes over the hour and I was ecstatic at results! My floors look just like they did upon moving in back in 1998! Super super thrilled with the job they did. Thank you!

Kyle was a very customer oriented technician and did a very good job on my carpets. I like that there is no residue and my area rugs look like new again. Great job.

My carpet and tile are beautiful! Zerorez did an outstanding job! I have light carpet and light tile, therefore I am very picky on how it looks. Zerorez did everything they said they would. They called before they arrived. Was on time. The employees were professional and courteous. I was concerned about how long it would take to dry my carpet, but it dried fast. They did not leave it wet and it is beautiful. Zerorez did an excellent job. I will use them again.
