I loved the professionalism of the 2 men who came to give the bid and then the cleaning. I needed my sofa and 2 wing-back chairs cleaned. They suggested cleaning our leather recliner too. All pieces looked brand new once they were clean. I am thoroughly impressed with John and Jeremy...thanks guys!!!!

The carpets feel great! No sticky residue or crunchiness. Our home smells cleaner. As the carpets dried, they looked better and better. Dry time was pretty quick, within same day. Rooms with a ceiling fan were dry within a couple hours.
The customer service with Zerorez is Amazing, too. All representatives are so personable, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Payment is seamless. Zerorez will make sure your preference of payment is accommodated. I felt their payment link was safe.
