I did not appreciate that the waste was dumped at the head of our steps though. There was quite a bit (7 different sizable bunches) of dirt, hair and carpet fibers in the driveway and on the ground.
The rugs are clean. Quick and efficient service. Pleasant technician. Did not care much about the residue left on the hardwood floor from the wet hoses which was evident around each rug and in a path to the front door. Wiping/mopping that up should be included in the price as a sign of superior service.
No odor, no residue, fast drying, friendly service. My carpets look fantastic again!

I used Zeroez when I moved in to rental to clean all carpet and could not believe all the grime they got up even though the carpet had supposedly already been cleaned!!!! Now that I’m moving out having them to come again to clean carpet for the next renters cause they do an awesome job and their price is competitive with other companies. I also plan on using Zeroez at my new home! Can’t go wrong with Zeroez!!!!!!!
I liked the fast service of your tech showing up and had helpful information about the process of the carpet cleaning. He also knew that it was a unique carpet and that it needed handling. It's a antique Persian oversized carpet. very expensive! but He was very much aware of it and handled it with care. Thank you for hiring such great techs.

The major factor was the representative that was sent. He was very good at his job, had taken the time to make sure the entire job was done and we were happy with the work. I would recommended the company based on the work ethics of the person who completed the job.
Each time we’ve used Zerorez, the technicians have been professional, personable, polite, and great at cleaning carpets!
Our last technician, Kyle K., was great! He was very accommodating. There was a schedule mishap and we almost didn’t have our appointment. After doing all the prep work, that wouldn’t have been enjoyable. Thankfully, Kyle agreed to come out late that night. He didn’t rush. He took his time and paid attention to detail (e.g., put out recliners on styrofoam blocks so they wouldn’t stain the freshly cleaned carpet).

Very professional from start to finish. Steven let us know he was on his way. He was courteous and professional as we showed him the rooms and what we wanted done. We agreed on the cost and he did a great job. The 30 year old carpets look great. Even the two rooms with older carpet came out great. The carpets did not stay wet long because he vacuumed the solution out of the carpet with powerful vacuum from the van.
Part of our package included free cleaning of our tiled entry. The tile had some kind of clear coating that required special stripping solution and another visit. Steven came back the following Monday and worked his magic. Our entry looks great and there was no extra charge.
