The organization/product presented a culture that supported a keen eye for detail, a state-of-the-art perfection of this process, cleaned a lot of really stubborn stains and the process was extremely quick. The technician demonstrated knowledge in a practical manner while at the same time was a subject matter expert of carpet in general and all of the bells and whistles of the machine(s).
