My carpet and tile are beautiful! Zerorez did an outstanding job! I have light carpet and light tile, therefore I am very picky on how it looks. Zerorez did everything they said they would. They called before they arrived. Was on time. The employees were professional and courteous. I was concerned about how long it would take to dry my carpet, but it dried fast. They did not leave it wet and it is beautiful. Zerorez did an excellent job. I will use them again.

We had another GREAT experience with Zerorez! We had a LOT of stains and ugly traffic areas. Kyle was friendly and very knowledgeable when it came to getting everything clean. He took the time to explain the differences in the stains and how to treat them. It's clear that he takes great pride in his work and that is so refreshing to experience. The carpet looks great! The carpets and tile were very clean looking and the technician was friendly and informative. We appreciated that he took the time to tell us what would take place and what we could expect. The finished product looked great. The only glitch that probably is a bit surprising, it doesn’t have a very “fresh” smell, it has more of a lingering damp smell. Needless to say, we still would use Zerorez again.
