Customer service and the person who came out shared information and recommendations for taking care of the tile floors.

The representatives were Professional, on time, could answer questions throughout the process, did not push extra products unless I asked for how to handle something. Also friendly. Loved there were no chemicals being used. Loved them using essential oils fir scents.
Definitely will use them as my first choice for carpet, tile and grout and rug cleaning. They do many other things
