The tech who came to clean the rug, Lance, was super professional, helpful and thorough. The rug is a natural fiber rug - a large one at that, and had not been cleaned professionally ever. So, needless to say, it needed it. And it looks brand new again. I would recommend anyone here and will bring them in again.

Stephen did a great job getting all the stains out of my carpets and rugs! He also did a fabulous job cleaning the upholstery on my lazy boy chair. He cleaned the travertine floor in my bathroom for free too!
