The carpets are so clean and soft. The cleaner was very good about working with me on how to approach a few stains I wanted to make sure were remove. My favorite thing is that the carpets are so soft, clearly they don’t have residue left behind.

This was the far the best service I have ever received when getting my carpet cleaned. Alex K. was simply amazing. I had several pee stains on my bedroom carpet from pups and he literally got down and smelled every single one of them. I told him he was very brave to do so but he said that it helped him to get a better idea of how to help me. He knew one of my pups was a diabetic by smelling one of the stains. Very cool... He was also very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing and got it back to looking brand new. I will definitely request Kyle K for my next cleaning. Thanks!!!!

I like that there are no Chemicals and that it actually truly gets the Pet stains out and they don’t resurface! It feels and smells clean and I am a returning customer.
