Suggestion for the one who schedules: give the customer a window of time when technician is to arrive. I was told to expect service at 8:00 am. I called the office at 9 as no one had come.
Very pleased with the super clean results. Thought the cleaning was better than K & M and Stanley Steemer. Technician Mike was excellent, hard worker, great at explaining this system and products. The carpeting is clean, fuffy and soft.
I did not like the price for various services and felt that the total cost was excessive. I will use this company sporadically.
