Everyone was so professional and knowledgable, and they were on time and in a good mood. They even offered to clean our handwoven rugs for an additional fee if we needed it anytime. The carpet smelled and looked great and we had some pet stains removed.
My old carpets look brand new, and feel very clean. It's nice to know there's no chemical residue left behind. Zerorez arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and the whole process was very quick.
