Kyle came and cleaned rugs and furniture for me. He was great, very professional and seemed very knowledgeable about rugs and cleaning processes. I purchased a wool and silk hand knotted rug for a client that needed cleaning. He went through the process that they do on that type rug. So I sent them that rug with confidence they know what they are talking about. They are delivering that rug to my client in a couple of weeks. I would recommend Kyle and team.

The cleaning was quick and professional. The tech was good at explaining what he was going to do and then after removing a stain, that if it came back in 30 days, they would come back out.
