The service men arrived when they said they would. Walked thru house looking at carpet was to be cleaned and talked about the spots that needed cleaning. They described the procedures they would use and the expected outcome. They were very efficient and the carpet looks great.

Service was great. Beau was on time, fast, efficient and even taught me a few things about carpet and cleaning. It was an eye opening experience to see what came out of my carpet!
I liked it for the speed and results. I was disappointed that it was not the entire carpet. I am used to furniture being move or raised. So we still have areas that aren't clean. But I would recommend you to others with the advice to have your rooms empty.

Zerorez prices are competitive, and they frequently have great sales. Their technicians show up on time, are professional and quick, and do an excellent job.
Fresh smell and surprising removal of old stains.. Use of blue light to detect dog urine spots on carpet and adding a special enzyme for lifting stains.
Courteous and efficient technician! As far as your product, we have had our carpets clleaned with Zerorez before and there is no residue and carpets dry fast. Best carpet cleaning service by far. Thank you!
