Carlos did a great job of explaining everything and answering all of my questions. Carpets look great.

The guy who cleaned my Mom's tile was very thorough. Her tile is very old and she tried her hand years ago at painting the grout with some kind of grout pen. He explained that he did the best he could, but since that grout pen had been used and you couldn't get all of it off, it affected the final outcome, as to how the tile cleaned up.

My Mom was very pleased with the final result and felt like he really took his time and got it as clean as he possibly could.

I would like to say that we had the girl and guy team come out to our home. They thoroughly explained their process and the amount of time it would take to complete. They represented the company very well. Our carpet and tile looked amazing after cleaning and even after it fully dried. We will definitely use this service again. They get a 10 from us.
