3) The technician, Jose, was very friendly and professional.
4) Lastly, the cost is very reasonable.

Great company!! I had a mom brain moment and thought my appointment was a week earlier than the original scheduled appointment. I moved all the toys and such out of the rooms only to realize it was the wrong day. I called to see if they had a last minute opening and jackpot they did. The woman on the phone was great, Kyle my technician was very friendly and knowledgeable and the carpet and tile look amazing. I can feel the difference when walking on the carpet. Awesome service, our carpet looks amazing!!

The cleaner system itself is really good - it leaves my carpet soft and not stiff. I had a dip poop spot on my brand new carpet. It was cleaned twice - due to wicking - and is absolutely gone. Staff is always careful when bringing the hoses in snd makes sure everything is as it should when leaving. Pricing very reasonable. Deby Bell

Your product does not leave wet water spots on the carpet. It does not take all day to be able to access that area in your home. Great product and process and excellent professional staff.
