Very impressed with the service and how clean my carpet AND my furniture turned out. Was not expecting to have the furniture steam cleaned until Stephan demonstrated how dusty/ dirty it was. Ugh ! Had to be cleaned. Now it looks great. He worked hard and did a wonderful job. At some point later on, hope to have him return and clean/seal kitchen tile. Pleased with his quote.

They did a great job getting my carpets clean! We had some tough stains and biological mishaps, leaving an odor, which they were able to get out. Will definitely use again. Technician was friendly and professional.

The service men arrived when they said they would. Walked thru house looking at carpet was to be cleaned and talked about the spots that needed cleaning. They described the procedures they would use and the expected outcome. They were very efficient and the carpet looks great.

Service was great. Beau was on time, fast, efficient and even taught me a few things about carpet and cleaning. It was an eye opening experience to see what came out of my carpet!

I liked it for the speed and results. I was disappointed that it was not the entire carpet. I am used to furniture being move or raised. So we still have areas that aren't clean. But I would recommend you to others with the advice to have your rooms empty.
