Beau did an excellent job explaining how Zerorez process is different from other steam/carpet cleaners. I liked the idea of walking immediately on my rugs or carpet with no fear of chemicals touching my skin. We generally clean our carpets, rugs and upholstery on a fairly regular basis and this was my first time using Zerorez but will definitely not be the last. Service was on time and friendly.
