Bradley called ahead and said he had just finished his previous job and asked if it was all right if he came early. I agreed. He showed up and offered me a good deal on a protectant for the carpet, but I explained we were planning on replacing the carpets soon and just wanted to clean them for the holidays. He had me show him some problem stains we had and the three rooms that needed to be cleaned. He cleaned three rooms of carpet as requested and also one 10x10 tile area, all for a great low price. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He explained the guidelines regarding when we could return our furniture to the rooms. I was very pleased with the results. I would recommend Zerorez to anybody looking for a good deal on cleaning their carpets.

They actually came early, were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had a bad pet stain area on our carpet. They gave me recommendations and were upfront about what they could and could not accomplish. The carpet was dry when finished.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because of the pricing. With the upsells - which sounded like I couldn't do without - I ended up paying about double the cost I was quoted when I scheduled the cleaning.
