Zero Rez's service is outstanding! I feel like my carpets are much cleaner compared to other carpet cleaning services I have used before.

However, what stands out most to me, is the young man, John J., who did our cleaning. He was on-time, experienced, explained everything he was going to do before the cleaning and followed up with what he did, afterward. What a great employee! He was a nice, friendly and knowledgeable young man! I will request him for my next cleaning.
