From my first message, I received an answer and was soon contacted about their services. An appointment was made within a very short time span which I appreciated. When the technicians came, Jeremy and John, they were polite and professional. They were also very honest about our cleaning needs and the time frame we were looking at. The time that our rug was gone was what they said. Now it is back clean and beautiful. I will use them again (but hopefully not for the same reason or anytime real soon).
